5 stars: ModSynth offers a shocking amount of depth for a synth that runs a phone. It's a truly wonderful synth that doesn't compromise on quality of sound or capability. I've been using soft modulars for 18 years, but have never seen an implementation of polyphony in modular that worked so well as Modsynth.

4 stars: Great app. This is a great app for making leads, pads, basses, soundscapes and even whole songs. I have but two complaints, the filter's resonance is really hard to tame and the fact that reverb is a paid feature. Other than that fantastic app and well worth the five dollars!
