5 stars: Love it... I use the digital coupons in the app all the time in drive-thrus, never had a problem with it working at any of my local Wendy's. The only thing I don't understand (and maybe somebody could explain it to me) is if I place an order in the app to pick up at a drive-thru, how does that work, do I need to have my phone with me to pick up my food?
5 stars: I have placed an order and people in line behind me place the same order and they pay an average of $5.00 more without the app. When they ask why mine was cheaper, I show them the deals in the app. A lot of them download it immediately and some do once they sit at their tables. If you eat at Wendy's and you don't have the app, I offer my apologies. GET THE APP!!!
5 stars: Wendy's has the freshest buns and the freshest vegetables in my salads and on my sandwiches. I will go no other place for value priced fast food. I like the chilli on their baked potato too. One of the few places where I can get a full and healthy meal for less than $10.
3 stars: Ordering gets a 5 but the fact they dont know you ordered before you get there sucks. guy at the drive thru was trying to be helpful telling me it does print in advance for them if you pick up in store but who wants to go that route? maybe add an option to prepare now or use the gps in the app to start the food when X minutes away.
3 stars: I dont get it, I ordered 15 min early, still waited in drivethrough line, my food still wasn't ready, took exac...
