3 stars: Very new to the app and already it's asked me for a review? I like the idea i can reach out to the hosts but cannot believe room seekers are expected to pay a membership. Surely this should be on the hosts who are advertising? Anyway, generally speaking, it's very user friendly, plenty of options to select from and the data seems to be accurate. But again, I've only used it for a day hence 3 stars only.
5 stars: the app is a lot quicker and user friendly would recommend it to anyone than using the website. All room details price, deposit and renters details are on display for easy viewing. notifications to when a message has been replied, saves you going to email inbox just go straight to app
5 stars: Spare Room is brilliant. The site's functionality is easy is complete, intuitive and easy yo use. Importantly for me: you can easily speak to a person on the phone. Not some AI robot... something many stes are doing, but that is very ooor client support I absolutely derest that.. I have the support very very helpful. i have downloaded the phone app, and it is realy useful. Its big yes from me!
4 stars: Well made app. I managed to get a share pretty quickly using it. One improvement would be to have more sorting options for the messaging. It became quite difficult to find the people i wanted to talk to, particularly when you are messaging many people.
