4 stars: I have been a volunteer for a year. I have received 3 calls total. 2 while I was at work anf unable to answer. The 3rd I answered, but the video did not work, the audio was breaking up and then we were disconnected. It is an amazing idea and I'm sure helps a lot of people, but I think they have more volunteers than are needed. After a year I am considering uninstalling to free up the space on my phone.
5 stars: Absolutely wonderful, caring volunteers that are friendly and helpful. I am legally blind and recommend this program. A special thanks to Be My Eyes and the volunteers. I am forever grateful.
5 stars: You rarely get called, but that's a good thing. I've had the app for almost 4 years and I've only gotten a chance to help 2 people. This app is a great way to do something small to help someone in need.
