5 stars: I have two parking tickets that I now need to dispute despite having used this app for the parking. I have screenshots of my times and payments, so I assume it will be an easy dispute, but it's still time out of my day. Perhaps the app needs to communicate better with the parking enforcement officials to make sure this doesn't happen.
3 stars: Charged me twice for the same vehicle on the same night. Did a chat with the company..they said someone would get back to me to fix it. No one has. I'm out a night parking fee. Nice when it works.
3 stars: Good when it works, meaning it gets the job done about 75% of the time. I have received errors with the app resulting in no established parking. I take screen shots when this happens.
3 stars: if your time expires, the recipient doesnt show the spot # so starting a new session is impossible if you are away. bunk.
4 stars: Only problems I have with the app is how to stop the meter early and the constant notifications when I'm done. I also wanna say I'm not there and stop the constant notifications to ask to refill it up there. It's useful when I'm there for long periods of time and I forget to, but other than that it's just a general nuisance to keep a notifications about that on empty and I want say I'm not there.
3 stars: edited after updating. eh. keeps deleting my card data. the suggested options dont make sense. i enter the same data each day but it keeps suggesting other locations, spaces or timeframe...
