3 stars: App is very useful, but has room for much improvement. Specifically: 1) why do I have to use a separate app for my Plus membership? 2) why should I input Plus membership number manually EVERY time I select seats? Sounds like it should be integrated. 3) why doesn't the app remember my common destinations or allows to keep favorite cities at the top of the list? Having to search the list every time is too old-school, IMHO.
4 stars: Good app BUT please link your website to the app. If you check in using the website (signed into account) the app does not seem to 'know' you have checked in, so you cannot get boarding passes to show in the app as it asks you to check in. I don't want to check in again on the app in case that messes things up.
3 stars: in app flight details do not show until 20mins after it is displayed at airport, and when they do show, the popup notification doesn't show full details and once you click on the app it's too difficult to get it to show or load up.
5 stars: Great app, I find that booking is maybe a little easier on the website, but everything else is more convenient on the app, especially checking in and having the boarding passes on your phone.
3 stars: useful, but has some flaws- one of particular note to me is its flight notifications- I've found that they're either inaccurate or late. my particular experience of this is the notification telling me to drop off my bag was a whole hour earlier than the desk staff would accept...
