5 stars: Very relaxing and effective. I used to have really bad anxiety and feel stressed all the time, but with the help of meditopia, I feel lighter and less anxious and relaxed. I definitely recommend this to people who struggle to unwind and relax. Great game. With only the free tracks is good enough so I would consider buying the premium version.
