4 stars: Very good app for getting workouts targeted for your goals. This would be 5-stars if it synced with MyFitnessPal or FitBit. Good for any level, too, because there are plenty of exercises, and if you dont know what you're doing, there are video demonstrations for many of them. It does not sync well with FitBit, so this is a standalone app, but I haven't seen a better option that does sync.
5 stars: The app works great. One of my biggest struggles is one of my legs has developed mucle atrophy due to medical complications. This makes finding routines that I can do difficult at times. This app puts new exercises in front of me as I get stronger and allows me to remove ones I can't do all together. Great for people starting out and those who dont understand how to program an effective workout.
5 stars: This was the smartest thing I've ever done. I also really appreciate the fact that that app works in combination with GoogleFit. If it didn't do that I'm sure that I'd be a lot less enthusiastic about keeping up with my BodBot exercises. If BodBot thinks you're not meeting your minimum daily steps it adds to your cardio. That's some real motivation to get your butt moving more. Again, the smartest thing I've ever done.
