5 stars: All works good for me so far and not had a problem using this app to print out from my phone. Not sure why people don't understand the phone access is for faxing documents, it would be nice if you can choose whether you want the fax option or not though.
5 stars: This app is the only way I can print to my M2020 from my new chromebook. not sure why, but the print driver isn't supported on this device for me to add it for direct printing from my apps.

4 stars: Good, but could be better. Like that it allows use from your phone or tablet, but can't see how you can, if you can, scan a multiple page document, and save it as one pdf file. My Epson software does this. Also, it wont allow you to do double sided printing, the option is greyed out, again, something my Epson software does.
