5 stars: The Fixd gadget has saved my family a lot of money. Particularly if you do work on your own car (or even somebody else's vehicle). Great for checking out a used car before you buy! Rather than take it to someone else to fix it tells us what the problem is and what to fix. Then you can shop around for a good price on the part. Priceless gadget \u0026 app.
3 stars: It's okay for what it does. Vehicle maintenence is done well. Live data needs a lot of work. Should not have recalls routed through a mobile website. Premium subscription is offputting. I am lookong elsewhere for a obd2 reader.
4 stars: so far so good .... but what does the live data option do? I can't seem to get that configured. I don't see a configuration menu. Is that something only available if you buy the premium option?
3 stars: was good before app changed now you have to pay for content that was free. not as good as it was when I got it and started using it a over year ago.
5 stars: it scans when check engine light came on and its always the same thing, I just cancel the check engine light and cut it off and it doesn't come back on for 100 miles, so im good to go as, 1 light on isn't going to cause it to fail a inspection anymore!! Very happy with FIXD
