4 stars: this app is super. I loved it i havnt seen this many models anywhere i got impressed. but the problem is when i added some itema in the cart and i thought to place order there is not COD. The people who dont have any banks or paytm or their parents may say that if cod is there only u can order. atleast for those people including me keep COD facility maximum to all items. I expect u will that my problem inti consideration. thank you

3 stars: very slow delievery,i ordered something for a particular date and i recieved it after that date ,some products are not up to the mark in quality. kindly comapre before u order
5 stars: I had great troubles trying to return a dress that i had purchased. the courier company and clubfactory feedback group were unresponsive. A dear Wendy has stepped in and has promised to resolve the issue soon. She is patient, responsive and resolves problems quickly! Hope mine gets resolved soon!
