4 stars: The status of the request etc. Is not very clear. I made a request for a day care and was speaking to a Rover member and exchanging info when they cancelled my request. I was notified but when clicking in the app it still shows as pending. There is nothing on there to show its cancelled or a reason why? This needs looking at.
5 stars: As a stay at home mom, I use Rover to watch dogs and earn some extra money, and it's amazing. I love meeting new pups and playing and loving them. I would not recommend using Rover if you have carpet, just because even though doggies are potty trained, sometimes being in a new area will make them nervous. Thankfully I have all tile floors.
5 stars: I am a sitter and I love rover they have great customer service always available. All of my clients love the security it provides and all of the tracking options it has. I will always be a rover sitter even when I'm old an grey 😁 I love meeting all the new clients and the fur babies. So simple to use and paid in a timely fashion.
5 stars: This app is far from perfect, but the desktop version works well for connecting pet owners with potential sitters. Customer service is a little slow and definitely leans more on the side of the pet owners if situations arise, but most of my experiences have been worth the 20% commission that they deduct.
5 stars: only thing i would change is that the sitter should be able to rate the client aswell, or leave a review where only future sitters...
