5 stars: I have been a member since 2017 and find the service itself excellent and customer service is very responsive. In my area it is the ONLY pet sitting app. If you are a sitter looking for biz - this works. BUT, it can't be your sole source of leads. You have to WORK it to have a successful biz. Prospective clients - none of my clients has experienced irreparable damage. Occassionally there are hiccups but Rover is quick to fix.
5 stars: I am a sitter and I love rover they have great customer service always available. All of my clients love the security it provides and all of the tracking options it has. I will always be a rover sitter even when I'm old an grey 😁 I love meeting all the new clients and the fur babies. So simple to use and paid in a timely fashion.
5 stars: only thing i would change is that the sitter should be able to rate the client aswell, or leave a review where only future sitters could see.... or something along this lines. there are too many clients that lie about their pet and we only find out about those things when the pet is already staying with us.
5 stars: Ben is wonderful with Belle. He takes her for walks and sends pictures of Belle enjoying the day. I am very grateful that Ben great care of Belle. Ben's the best!
