4 stars: Works like it's supposed to, the only problem is the lag in updates - shows package picked up at 17:30, but shipping label created at 22:32...
5 stars: Great app to label your shipment even before Purolator handels it or catch status of a shipment to contact Purolator by e-mail or telephone when you have missed delivery or have changes that require customer support.
3 stars: does not work properly. will track a package when you type in the tracking number but does not give detailed information even when i type in the correct postal code. website works when i do this but not the app.

4 stars: I had to completely uninstall the app and reinstall it, else it would not only NOT fix the map issue, but would also crash the app on start every time.
