5 stars: Was looking for a workout app that provided guidance with video-like instructions for strenght and endurance training. Have used Volt for the last 2 months and it has exceeded my expectations! Definitely recommend.

5 stars: The sport option it offers go from golf to rugby so there is something for everyone. You can change the sport if your a multisport athlete depending on your season. You can also change the wieght and reps if you want you're not stuck with what they give you.

5 stars: Gosh! This is a much needed and welcomed upgrade to the original Volt app. Users should be forced to upgrade to this version because, honestly, I discovered this version by accident while shopping for a replacement app.
3 stars: Just got the app and seems ok, but needs an option to say that you don't have certain pieces of equipment, therefore you can't do certain exercises. Some of the exercises require things I don't have, and there's not always an alternative.
