5 stars: I never knew that this kind of service exists. It's so convenient and so fast with cheap to fair service fee. I should have known this app/service/company earlier than I did.
3 stars: the app logging out while onbook. what if I forgot my password or what. what will happen to the courier? do you know how much trouble that would be? and as of now my booking purchase has been cancelled and the courier already buy that things I need to buy from the shop. what will happen to the courier? you need to improve this app.
