5 stars: I followed the dev since nuclear inc was released. This game is very good, steep learning curve and actually requires you to read and understand the courses to be able to face the challenges you encounter troughout the game. I definetelly recomend this to anyone willing to spend a bit of time to understand the situations and mechanics.
5 stars: Excellent game. Some errors in the translations, but very enjoyable. You really fight to save the patients... or at least bring them to the hospital in a stable condition. To be efficient, you need to read carefully the documentation and it makes the game just hard enough not to be boring. The other games from this developer are also entertaining and are worth playing. Keep going!
4 stars: great game! It's a bit complicated at first, but it begins to get easier the more you study the courses and learn how to deal with the conditions, but some things in the 'english' version are still written in Russian, such as some symptoms which make it incredibly hard to treat patients. Occasionally there is blood effects when it is not listed as a symptom.
5 stars: This is the best medical simulator I have found. It is complex enough to be intellectually stimulating vut not so complicated that it is a medical training tool with 100 different radiology options. The game could add more equipment to manage patients or add more conditions that have more diagnosis than an ECG.
