5 stars: the voice volumes are maintained. in another popular app the voice was loud on one side but low in other due to some app issues. voice is more important than video quality, duo prioritizes voice quality i feel and as such the experience with duo is better than others.
5 stars: This app is great! I use it almost every day. But I dont know if it is a glitch or if this is supposed to happen. Whenever I get off of the video and get back on it says my camera has stopped working. It might be something wrong with my phone. But it still deserves 5 stars!
3 stars: Not too shabby, voice and video are always clear and without any lag, it does have its flaws like...doesn't always inform you when someone is voice/video calling you. So get the missed duo notification quite a bit. Can't use your flashlight and Video at the same time. Could have used some features with it too as this has none....

But cmon Google, add an option of switching from audio calling to direct video calling or vice versa, like when I am video calling already I should be able to switch it to audio call without ending the call and dialing it again to audio call. Please do it fast. Thank you. Overall the app is really great to video call, the clarity is amazing!!!
