5 stars: great app, and the people behind the scenes are real people who help! I accidentally paid for the wrong parking spot so I paid for the correct one, sent to email to ask for a refund expecting a no but to my delight I was refunded! faith in customer service restored!
5 stars: Super easy to use. Quick pay when you are in a rush and always available. No need to wait out side in the snow while the person ahead of you tries to figure out how to work the machine. Or waiting because it's so cold the machine needs to warm up. Love it
5 stars: Love the app, easy to use, saves me a ton of time. Only glitch I've experienced is, I got a ticket one time due to a 1min lapse between paying and it registering with the by law officers reader. The by law department cancelled the ticket upon seeing my receipt. Highly recommend.
4 stars: My first time using honk was yesterday. Was not able to add time so had to start a new session. It worked fine after that. Great app!
5 stars: ah mazing I absolutely love it is so convenient it allows you to save your favorite spots. I never carry change so this really works well for me. You can use your debit or a credit card and you can save your vehicle and there's so many great things
4 stars: The app is fine... but many parking zones are poorly signed, so it can be hard to find the zone numbers.
