5 stars: i love this app i have a damaged brain from seizures not allowed to do anything but breathe lol. its caused a very sedentary lifestyle. this app is helping me to strengthen emotionally. spiritually and physically Just wish there was no fee to join the platinum...not all of us can afford the luxuries others can. but i am extremely grateful for what i have here. Thank u for this app
5 stars: I'm 12 days in and so far I love it. It starts off very basic so doesn't feel like it's doing anything but the tiny gradual increases each day are noticeable. And because there's a workout each day it makes you feel accountable to do it. Workouts are short and easy to do from home so it's never a chore.
5 stars: it's fantastic and free!! u can upgrade if u like and it'll b worth it I bet. but. finally a workout without equipment , talks u thru each workout , tracks progress and has a meal plan and grocery list..all free!!!!
3 stars: I like the exercise and the weight tracking. The diet plan is nothing I would follow. A calorie tracker would be more useful. This app will not close on my phone so I'm going to have to delete it.
3 stars: Looks great so far, minus the fact I see NO pre workout stretches. I mean, I'm a noob and even I know that's a great way to injure yourself. Be warned. Also..the Coaching voice is TERRIBLE. Like the Google maps voice, only more robotic.
