4 stars: So far, so good. I've only been using this App for 1 day and already Zumper found a rental house, that we like, from one of my searches. The downside is I can't find a description, such as security deposit or pet fee, on the house without contacting/messaging the broker.
3 stars: not user friendly. hard to save filters. properties only showed when i have no filters.
5 stars: honestly best housing finder app ever. only one I know that has dog and cat options. without it my wife and me would still be looking for a apartment ! thank you zumper !
4 stars: It works better than using the Web site in my browser, but it remembers favorites and stuff if I'm in the browswer, so the cross-talk is cohesive.
