3 stars: the app should be more like gas buddy. I'd like to be able to move the map out far and select search here with all my filters on; current it just zooms back in to the 100 mile range. give me the entire state of CA for my filtered results. also narrow the results for show only available.
3 stars: lost the first of 3 days due to travel delays and they couldn't work with me to move the first day to the last day. said it just had to be 24 hrs. I didn't miss it by much. I like everything else, but that is very frustrating.
4 stars: Offer more value for money to loyal customers. Lobby experience need improvement. Guest welcome need further improvement ts. Rates to IHG members should be far competitive and rewarding.
5 stars: this app saved me 30 bucks on my room and that's a touchdown for a cheapskate like me
