3 stars: I really love this app for submitting claims paperlessly, but I had to knock 2 stars off. When filing claims, there is such a huge difference in the available options on the app (in pulldown menus for selecting type of expense in many of the benefit categories) versus what I see online when I view the coverage and benefits. I think if they could align these better, or allow an optional entry field in these places (such as \
4 stars: Overall the app is useful. Lacking a few features that would make filing claims foolproof. Review multiple claims. Don't allow duplicate expenses, detailed claim statement acknowledgement.

4 stars: The app is a little slow but making drug claims is easy enough. I prefer the computer still. Would be nice to keep a record of numbers so I don't have to keep looking every time.
5 stars: Pretty convenient to not have to go track down my insurance card for all the numbers, submitting my claim was straightforward and I received my answer immediately.
3 stars: It's nice how when you get the form finally submitted payment comes fast but the struggle is going back and forth from an email receipt to the app it closed and made me re sign in about 5 times when trying to add a new claimant
