You get your meals all portioned and created for you so you don't have to think about anything! You just have to do! Anna is the most helpful person ever and if you ever have any issues shell make sure it gets fixed asap! ❤️ Congratulations Anna! 😘
5 stars: I've gone to gym, had personal trainers, and even nutritionist. I've almost given up seeing real change. This app has been the first time I feel real definition. For example, my butt was growing from squats but after starting these workouts it's taken the rounder shape that I wanted! My shoulders are thinning out and you can see muscle movement! As someone who has been painfully chubby all my life, this app has excited me!
