4 stars: Very easy to use, faster than waiting on line for a ticket. Make sure your cell phones date/time is set to automatic or else app wont run right.
4 stars: They've improved the app immensely, though I wish the monthly pass was standalone so it could be displayed without opening the whole app.
3 stars: I'll give the developers credit, they provided a beta that works with Oreo quickly after the problem was reported. Nice turn around time. ------- Doesn't work with Android 8.0. Was pretty happy before that but now just shows a loading screen.
3 stars: Decent for what it attempts to do. Not commercial quality, and the schedules and arrival boards are unreadable, but for ticketing it isn't bad. However, it does not display correctly on the Pixel 2 XL. This is a problem that needs to be fixed as I need to carry two phones now.
3 stars: Upgrades are poorly executed, with many bugs. Too many setting resets to be truly helpful, especially, even. e.g., New York Penn and Secaucus transfer info. Poor customer service. No updates to schedules when changes or alerts
3 stars: I mainly use the app for NJT bus arrivals. Have not used yet for passes until I'm more confident in its reliability. It appears that over the past month or so at night this aspect of app isn't working properly. At all stops, arrivals are preceded with a [*] for "scheduled" times, NOT actual ETAs as if app is not connected to servers.
