3 stars: The app is in general a really useful way to track my cycle. I am able to keep track of my birth control, period, mood, activity, and body. However, the app does not share HOW all of this is affecting me, hormonally, it simply keeps track. If you want to analyze your cycle this probably isn't for you. I have the Nuva ring as my birth control and I track it on this app. IF/when my period is late by a few days it still reminds me to put the ring in even though it's meant to be put in the first day of my period. It can be inaccurate because it forces me to record false info. It could definitely be improved but I've had the app for a year and I'm glad I have it.
4 stars: I think the app is great because it's straight forward for users to navigate. I think the app could use an update in terms of the style (way it looks). It doesn't need to be fancy, but, it should have an option to let users customize it (as in more themes and colors). Otherwise, I have not had any issues for the few months I have been using the app.
5 stars: I have been using this for myself for sometime. Now I also have my daughter who is special needs due to autism use it as well. It's a great tool for teaching her. Also because she has poly cystic ovarian syndrome PCOS it's a great tool to keep track of her cycle & be able to show her doc.
