3 stars: Workouts are a little more challenging than the previous app I used. The only thing that I liked about the other app over this one is that during the rest time they told you the upcoming exercise. Also during the exercise it would be nice to have helpful hints (especially for beginners) so that you know you're doing the exercise right. It also gibes a sense that theres someone with you on the journey
4 stars: One thing bothers me in diet plan for dinner,in winter season just yogurt can't be enough for whole night till morning,specially for them whose work or study at night, there's should be some healthy alternative or something you can eat when you starve without gaining weight
