4 stars: My only complaint is how long it takes to get the Ipsy Bag after you've been billed for it. The App says the package has "shipped" but then the package tracking number remains in "shipping label created" for almost 2 weeks before the package is actually in transit. But on the positive side, this subscription service is the best deal for the price! Loved the items in each Glam Bag to date.
4 stars: Close to amazing. I love getting my monthly surprise in the mail and Ipsy exposes me to great brands and products that I would never know about otherwise. I only have two complaints. 1. You can't actually shop products directly through Ipsy. You have to follow a link to the brand's website and search for the specific product you want to buy there. And the links don't always work. 2. Their rewards program is nothing compared with Birchbox. I've gotten tons of free full size products from points earned shopping on Birchbox. I'm not going to cancel Ipsy based on those 2 issues, but it kept me from giving them 5 stars.
3 stars: The Bag itself takes too long to arrive I'm billed on the 1st but my bag arrives usually near the End of the Months which doesn't give me enough time for a review products. The App itself is OK I don't have access to seeing my Old Bags like I used & I miss that...unfortunately I'll be cancelling by December ☹ I've been a member for over 5 years it's been great.
5 stars: I love ipsy so far. I've received products for 2 months now. Each...
