4 stars: Sephora – Discover Makeup, Skin Care & Beauty Tips apk download - Love the app. But recently when viewing a product some will have a video of someone showing the product in question, now none of the videos work on all of the products that I pull up ????. Another thing why give us the option of choosing what free sample we would like to receive and its something totally different in every order that I've purchased. I understand that the free sample might be out or no longer available but every order that I've ever made really REALLY... Don't give the option if we really won't receive what we picked.
5 stars: Sephora – Discover Makeup, Skin Care & Beauty Tips apk download - Love Sephora and love this app. Only issue is lately they have really been dropping the ball on the free samples. Can't remember the last time I actually got what I asked for and twice i haven't gotten any of them. I'm on VIB Rouge status so I expect better. But, overall, fantastic app!
4 stars: - Love Sephora but rouge status gets you nothing that you can't get for free or ten dollars. Mobile site is quick and easy but the desktop version is so slow in loading that I just give up. That being said, this is still always the first site I go to when I want top of the line cosmetics or skincare products.
2 stars: - The addition of the community posts had made the app unusable. I try going into my account to track an order and it loads for at least five minutes with nothing happening. I end up completely closing the app and can't check anything. Frankly the community features are useless and need to be removed from the app.
