5 stars: This is very difficult for a person who barely exercises. I can't do it all on my first 2 days. Trying to ease myself in it.
4 stars: I know others have complained about the slow count, but these are exercises that include isometrics. So the reason for the "slow" count is to hold the position and really engage the muscles being used. I wish there were a few more exercises though.
4 stars: So I got this a couple days ago (forgot I even had it so I just used it now) and it gives you a nice pace to work with. It has a pause button so if you need a break (it gives you that too which is amazing) you can take one and go immediately back to where you were. The breaks it does have gives me time to catch my breath but not feel too exhausted to continue. So far it's a really good app and I like using it.
5 stars: I love this app. Only on my second day and already feeling the burn from the first one. It keeps me motivated and doesn't tire me out because of the simple but effective workouts they have.
5 stars: On day 2 , I like the way it times you. Exercises move a bit slow but, I just do the exercise a little faster for a better challenge. You can follow the 30 day challenge or you can customize workouts
