3 stars: Microsoft Groove apk download - Every decent music player in Android needs to have Google chromecast support. Or have a very compelling alternative, like play on Xbox or over Miracast. That's going to my largest obstacle looking to move from Google play music. Play from OneDrive is pretty nice! Especially because I already have OneDrive premium through office 365, giving me a lot of space to upload hard to find albums.
5 stars: Microsoft Groove apk download - I have Groove on three Windows 10 desk/Laptops, Two Windows 10 Smartphones and one Droid. I put my music (2300 songs) on the OneDrive Cloud. Music and Playlists are perfectly synchronized across all devices. You can choose to download music to each smartphone device using the same Microsoft account. Groove is a very well featured music app. If you haven't tried it, give it a shot. I'm pretty sure you'll find it much better than what ever music app is now a distant #2 and #3.
3 stars: - Overall it compares well to the Windows version. But there are a couple of wrinkles. First is downloading of playlists, sometimes you need to toggle twice for it to work. Another is artist playback over Bluetooth, it only plays one or two songs and stops, playback of an album over Bluetooth works fine however. Finally downloading tends to get stuck failing to download the last file, a phone reboot tends to fix this.
3 stars: - It's a good app, has everything I look up, but it is the slowest music app I've used. One of the first things I noticed. No real quick n easy "add to collection" or "favorite" button via my Samsung S8 either. Good selection, looks good, just not as convenient.
