Apparently I hit it during an unlucky time when the API for Amazon music integration had been changed and the app wasn't working. to the creator's credit, 4 days after my initial review it had been updated and fixed and the transfer worked flawlessly second time.

4 stars: - It worked to transfer all of my playlists from Spotify to Google music. I went for the $10 upgrade and it was worth it, for the amount of time it saves... Only rating as four stars though because it advertises itself as free then surprises you with a charge at the end.
5 stars: - Legit not sure what it is people are complaining about. I transfered my whole Spotify library (except for about 40 or so tracks) to google play seemlessly!

2 stars: - Paid for premium to remove import limit but the app stops importing at 99 songs no matter what we tried moving a playlist from Spotify to Google Music. Not worth 10$ nor can I get a refund or support.
2 stars: - The transfer stops on one song and stops loading after that. What is going on? Also it is having trouble signing in to google music
3 stars: - I would have to leave my session and re enter the session because it would freeze and wouldn't load anymore
