5 stars: Transform with Chris and Heidi apk download - Love the transform program. Finally a plan that has easy to follow workouts and meal plans. Being in the military, I do not have time to prepare big meals, this program allows me to prepare quick and on the go meals which I really love and if I do not have the time to prepare my meals they have a fast food option which the meals are already chosen according to your plan. Love the motivational tips and the life lessons advice really makes you do a complete self examination. The only small negative about the program is that it does not allow you to do a water count on how many ounces you are drinking per day. But that is small compare to all the positives. One big positive for me. Chris is really handsome and watching him is enough motivation for me. Sorry Heidi. Thanks for creating the program.
5 stars: Transform with Chris and Heidi apk download - I absolutely live by this app!! I know there is not a better app out there. I was recently contemplating paying a trainer for my workout as well as a diet plan. It was going to cost $100 for the meal plan and then $100 a month for the workouts. I got a steal when I downloaded this app!! $120 for a whole year!! WHAT!! My husband has been doing the eating plan and workout plan with me, of course they have a man's plan, but he just does what I do. He is down 22 pounds after the first series of physique. That is 3 months!! Now me, I have maintained my weight but that is not my goal. My goal is to get strong and look strong!! My whole body is changing!! I LOVE it!! These two definitely did a fantastic job when they created this app. I couldn't be more happy with it!! And they are hilarious in their videos!! Try it for at least a week. You will be hooked!!
