5 stars: I am glad to have protonvpn to keep me safe online, the customer support people are super helpful too! Feature request update: you should consider adding the option to select apps downloaded from microsoft store and not just .exe's from file explorer, and exclude websites/urls/links and ipv6 addresses. Still a great app but these would be good features to see!
4 stars: Someone else mentioned the connection dropping. I have this problem too. The connection still shows as active but it doesn't load anything. You have to manually reconnect. This happens at seemingly random intervals. Aside from that, this is the best free VPN I have found. Premium gives you more features so it's probably worth subscribing, but I'll wait for that connection problem to be fixed.
3 stars: personally, ive been very happy with the app. but since the change to only one option of fast connect (and you cant even pick the country, whereas in the prior update you could pick from 3.) i disliked it. i mainly used the VPN for the US servers because i was able to get relevant content that i actually wanted to watch, and i was able to get

2 stars: Free version doesnt even function properly. Constantly disconnects form server every 30-45m. Extremely annoying. Use the free version if you have no other options. But absolutely under no circumstances, should you pay for anything from this app ...
