5 stars: I dropped just dropped Amazon Prime after the inclusion of ads ($15.89), and also Discovery+ ($8.99). It made perfect sense to go with MAX. IMO it has better content for a cheaper price, and is ad free (D+ included). I chose the annual premium subscription ($200), and it values at roughly $16.67\month. The ONLY content I might miss is Reacher and The Boys. Amazon's content is really lack luster. The app is great as well. No issues for me.
3 stars: This is the only streaming app I've ever used that has to buffer repeatedly while you're watching something. It's ridiculously annoying! If I wasn't getting it as a cheap add on to something else, I absolutely would not pay full price. The show I'm watching now is buffering a few times a minute. I expect better from an app using the HBO name. Especially when no other app has this problem.
3 stars: Really just want to watch my shows without the screen going black. I can hear, but I can't see the picture. I keep having to exit out and back in over and over and when I do it forgets where I'm at and takes me back in episodes. It seems the old app + the new app has this problem and maybe you should hire someone who can fix it. Please. If this wouldn't happen constantly I would rate it ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!!!
2 stars: Of course I love Max' content. The app is very finicky. I have the app on top of my WiFi signal and it still skips and sneezes and trips all of itself streaming one show. I would blame that on the quality of the app no...
