5 stars: Great app. A lot of features included in the free version and there's barely any ads, if any. The 3D is definitely the best of them all, love to follow and imagine how my baby is looking now. The only feature I wish they have was a calculator of how many weeks I would be in a specific date, but that's certainly not a deal breaker.
4 stars: So far, it seems really cute! I really like the 3D visuals and how it seems like you are looking at your baby in your belly. The only hiccup I see that could be an issue is that I can't seem to find an option for multiple pregnancies. Adding a twins option, I think, would be really cool! Being able to see how they develop in the womb and their movements would be spectacular.
3 stars: It's OK but keeps getting stuck on the previous days. So have to keep closing and opening the app to get the correct day/progress. The weeks and baby size don't update either so still have to open and close constantly for it to update. Would be nice if it had a countdown of days for the whole 9 months not just in weeks.
