5 stars: Lots to choose from. Not as edgy as Netflix... generally. (That's a good thing.) Like the add-on subscriptions. Easy to subscribe. Easy to cancel if necessary. Everything functions as promised and there's even a way to put a pin on it to lock it. Haven't spent much time with the kid's level/profile, but good that those parental controls are available. If I could only have one I would cancel Netflix and keep Prime Thumbs up!
4 stars: I like the absence of commercials. I don't like how you lose your place after perusing videos, and selecting one to read about it, and then backing out of it to unexpectedly find yourself at the top of the home screen. Also, I don't like how difficult it is to scroll down through the clutter to find my
3 stars: The subtitles are getting messed all the time, there is no timing to say if a series or movie is going to be unavailable soon, the menu is not the user friendliest that I've used, the selection of the episode doesn't come to the last one I was watching. Needs improvement. Hope I'll be back to upgrade the rating. Ok selection of movies/series.
