5 stars: After 11 download tries it worked, the game is good and works fine. A casual and fun game. Hope to see coming new stuff.
4 stars: I think having upgrades occur at timed points in run would be better than constantly stopping mid fights. It sometimes gets annoying having upgrades happen every couple seconds. Sometimes the upgrading gets in the way of avoiding shots. Especially when the upgrades are bad or not needed. Pixel art is awesome and Im glad that dodging is challenging without making the enemies bullet sponges.
3 stars: The stopping of the game to upgrade your ship is irritating and frustrating please remove ! The falling coins interfering with gameplay please remove ! If you get rid of these two problems you have a pretty good game !!!
2 stars: An ok reproduction of a classic arcade game. Ruined by the intrusive mid-level manual selection power-ups that could lead you to lose a life pretty quickly. Power-ups mid-level should be automatic. I've experienced ads in games before, but the ones here are very long - much longer than what I've experienced elsewhere. I will be uninstalling due to these big - for me - negatives.
2 stars: altho i liked and enjoy this game, the ads are the problem. i don't mind the ads however when i try to tap X, it's not closing no matter how hard i try. also the experience/upgrade feature suddenly popping up on screen in the midst of battle is horrible
