4 stars: It's really a fantastic app. It is definitely a 5 star app for everything it is capable of doing as well as its stability. The reason it is not 5 stars is because of the organization and focus on in-app purchases. I understand the purchases aspect, but the organization of titles and categories causes a scattered browsing experience. Again, though, it is a bullet-proof app that has plenty of really useful tools. I highly recommend
3 stars: Not as good as other streaming apps. Often did not remember where I left off and I need to find the right spot in an episode, or even the right episode, like just now. Continuing a show should continue from my last location choice, whether it was streaming or already downloaded. Also, there's no option to skip the recap or the play the next episode and skip the credits at the end.
3 stars: The subtitles are getting messed all the time, there is no timing to say if a series or movie is going to be unavailable soon, the menu is not the user friendliest that I've used, the selection of the episode doesn't come to the last one I was watching. Needs improvement. Hope I'll be back to upgrade the rating. Ok selection of movies/series.
2 stars: Not a great app. Freezes, crashes, always replays the same episode instead of playing the next. Search function doesn't work very well either, and Chromecast connection is very slow. Was similar to the Netflix app a couple years ago, but Netflix is always improving, the Prime app is exact...
