5 stars: Excellent program. We use it for work group chats and it's pretty much the only good solution. I also use it personally for long distance messaging out of country. Also excellent for this. The fact that videos and pictures are full resolution makes life so much better that it's my go to for everything. This app improves our business, our lives.
5 stars: great app. amazing chat/group text features and so useful. but I have some feature requests even though I already used the feature request in app. the note to self is the best feature of the app by the way and keep up the good work. my requests are: 1) I would like to be able pin more than 4 Chats/groups 2) I would like to be able to sort/rearrange pinned chats.
4 stars: Great, free and secure app. 1. I hope they make the video chat functionality better. 2. When a user uninstalls/reinstalls the app, it deletes the history without confirming with the user if they want to keep it. This has damaged a lot of friends trust in the app since history is important! 3. Exporting files/photos is very tedious, I wish they had an option to save to a system folder that is prompted on install.
3 stars: Generally speaking a great app. I appreciate the end-to-end encryption, the functionality and UI, and the quality of calls. However, I often do not get notified when someone is calling, so I'm constantly missing calls. I've checked my settings and I have notifications on and my phone is not on DND. Hopefully this gets fixe...
