5 stars: So far it works seamlessly with my devices and the functionality is great. I am looking forward to upgrading to the Eargo 7s
4 stars: The sound match is very good which is basically a hearing test thru the devices and then makes settings based on th results. I love the options for noise canceling and base and treble settings. I only wish when you adjust volume that there was a level indicator to see where volume level was at. Other than that, it is a very good app.
3 stars: Newest version seems to have removed the ability to view you sound match waves... Which is a step in the wrong direction.
2 stars: I had high hopes for this Eargo 5 hearing aide because of the advertised app. But it has been very disappointing. There appears to be numerous bugs in the software. The results of changes are inconsistent and some features don't work at all. I've had the hearing aides for three days, although I like the concept, the implementation is not very good quality.
