4 stars: I like this app and company in general. The only thing I really don't like is how it pretends to be connected when it isn't even though I always have the 'always on' and 'block connections when off' set. I never know if it is actually connected or not and i've cleared the cache and restarted my phone and reinstalled the app but nothing fixed the issue.
4 stars: Someone else mentioned the connection dropping. I have this problem too. The connection still shows as active but it doesn't load anything. You have to manually reconnect. This happens at seemingly random intervals. Aside from that, this is the best free VPN I have found. Premium gives you more features so it's probably worth subscribing, but I'll wait for that connection problem to be fixed.
3 stars: It is fast and has access to servers in many countries. However, there are so many apps that don't work when the VPN is on, that I am not sure how useful this app is: for example all my Chilean banks detect the VPN connection and they stop working. Also, the ability to watch video platforms across regions doesn't always work, particularly with Disney+.
