5 stars: I LOVE this app. I use it throughout the day to focus between tasks, appreciate a nice walk, or play music in the background as I get ready for the day or get ready to sleep. The daily meditations are inspiring, and there's so much content for every life situation that I doubt I'll ever get through it all. The premium subscription is more than worth it for everything you have access to.
4 stars: Really good, some of their sleep stories are louder than others though, which leads to waking me up when it switches to the new story instead of helping me fall asleep. Very frustrating when that happens, could use some volume normalization between the tracks for sure, which I kind of expected a better job of since it's not a cheap app by any means. But overall it's still really good and worth it despite that annoying frustration.
4 stars: I love the content, but it's often that I exit the app and the soundscape keeps on playing (I've had it with multiple mobile devices). On the homepage, you don't necessarily see the meditation series you've been following, so it's hard to pick up where you left off. Also, the mood tracker feature has potential, but it's a big shame that it's only limited to one feeling per day - how can a person sum up their whole day in one feeling?
