5 stars: Glovo is arguably the best App in it's category. The interface is intuitive and the few times I needed Customer care the service was excellent. My last encounter was to clarify a billing issue and Miriam was excellent. She knew what the issue was and was able to promptly sort it out. Will recommend!
3 stars: it's mostly okay, except for the fact how the payment with card works. they charge you before the order is delivered and if an order is changed as it's being collected (some things are taken off the list), the amount you've been charged stays the same. so you're paying for something you're not actually receiving. plus, it would be better to be able to tip a courier after the delivery is done, not before, like it is now.
2 stars: Every time the app is worse not only on me but everyone I talk about it says the same , the app on the start it was fine now is not ok crashes, you go to search and I doesn't work restaurants they don't appear on my phone and they are fine on my friend's phone and vice versa , and other small things they make the experience bad , this is why takeaway is better it's not fancy but it works and it was points and coupons
