5 stars: Still some teething problems with the app and the system. I've had some problems with being able to park where I need to. However this is partly because of restrictions from the local council and I have always had good responses from customer support with my feedback and refunding my rides when there have been problems. I hope this continues as the company grows :)
4 stars: CONS: - There has been no service whatsoever several times. - The acceleration is too strong. Sometimes it continues to accelerate even if im not pressing the lever. It can be DANGEROUS. PROS: - cheap - Good Pass Options, especially the Free Unlocks one - Good quality - Green big light to spot the scooter from the distance. - Avaiable in many european cities CONCLUSION: Good
