5 stars: I'm always looking for a good deal, especially with how the rates have gone up.. and on other sites you'll go to pay for what you think is so great like $50 and when you go to pay it's now $90!! From all the fees! It's so annoying! But with this site, what you see is what you pay! Love it!
5 stars: Really love this ticket app. Since I got it back in 2021, i hardly use other ticket apps anymore. I use to use them and let me tell you. I came to the conclusion that it's better to check tickpick first. And can't go wrong with the zip tickets either...
4 stars: The app is not user friendly I'm unable to find my payments and scheduled payment or my account information. After a couple days I was sent an email to download the app with payment information and schedule. Thank you tickpick.
4 stars: App wouldn't let me get tickets kept saying fraud alert I called around 2:00pm they said they were at lunch that they will give me a call back never did and they said they would email NEVER DID this all is a joke.... I am adding to this post after I gave it a one due to some issues now I'm giving it a four star because they did got back to me late they are really hard to get a hold of and customer service was really friendly
