4 stars: It's a great way to try new things. I've unsubscribed quite a bit over the years as I'll accumulate to many things. But one thing that really annoys me is I'll get emails promising special/additional re-signing products. And they never come. I have to contact them which sometimes really is worth it. Still fun getting monthly fun packages though.
4 stars: I looove Ipsy! It's so easy! My only qualm would be needing a bit more customization as far as what I'd enjoy getting and what I'm absolutely against in the initial quiz. For example, I have freckles but I don't want anything to brighten dark spots. Also, being able to put 'not interested' or 'never' instead of leaving the possibility to 'rarely'. I enjoy being able to update my quiz.
3 stars: I have had an ipsy subscription for almost 2 years. The first year was great, the second year im finding that there are alot of duplicate items and not really worth it. The app itself is not the most user friendly and can be frustrating to use. You are also not able to purchase additional items depending on where you live! It is also not easy to get in touch with support staff or to unsubscribe.
