5 stars: Android version of this app is not so good as windows version was. It doesn't shows direction of wind like windows version it only shows an arrow and does not shows directions. Please improve this feature. Latest version is very nice I am enjoying.
5 stars: The app was updated 2 days ago. It has a new look and it's easy to use. Working good on my Android phone. You can add your city by searching zip codes and gps location does NOT have to be on. I don't have location turned on and the app works.

3 stars: Good, but not great. Yep, it is just a special packaging of Microsoft Start/Bing with the MSN weather icon. But the weather information is accurate and detailed. Shows various weather maps with different conditions. The big downside for me is lack of notifications. Suppose to send severe weather alerts, precipitation alerts, and daily forecasts. Haven't received even one, ever.
2 stars: very sluggish on my android tablet. unless I turn on LOCATION ( which I never do) it does not work well. I designated 3 favourites but when I open the app they do not show up. search function for various towns or cities does not work properly. I would like to switch away from Google, but you have to make your app work better.
