5 stars: Always Been a Good App for Heart rates and easy to use and accurate in its detections. I like how the results goes back to a professional to be checked.
4 stars: It does what it's meant to do but it's very difficult to keep one's finger on the camera. Mine keeps sliding off and I have to make several attempts each time, however the results do give peace of mind.
4 stars: Interesting. Scared me by saying I might have af but the review says I don't. I'm having a 24h ecg to make sure. I keep accidentally pressing the request an expert review button, it would be good to have the option to cancel that!
3 stars: Couldn't get past request for an invitation code. Sometimes a yes/no would flash briefly on the screen but then it went back to the menu page.
2 stars: I have used this app in the past and it has been great. However I have tried to resubscribe only to find that £29.95 has been taken out my bank when the app clearly stated the transaction didn't go through. I would like a refund as soon as possible! I certainly won't be using the app again any time soon 😠
2 stars: Like app but not impressed with payments. I've been using for a while and went to renew subscription. Accidentally pressed the yearly one which I can't afford at the moment. I immediately emailed them and they won't change or refund to monthly. Its expensive and not impressed by this decision especially at this time when we're all short of money.
