5 stars: Since using Checkers Sixty60, I have not been let down once. If a driver is late, you get notified beforehand but this rarely happens to me. This is such a convenient app! Suggestion: have an option where you can simply switch/swap your selected item with the suggested alternative. Sometimes, I find the alternative a better option but then have to go back, unload the original item, and search for the alternative item.
5 stars: Extremely happy with Checkers Sixty60 service and app. It has had its ups and downs in the beginning but I have been using it for over 6 months for all of my grocery purchases and have adored the efficiency, immediacy and overall professional experience from start to finish. I love that you can return the bags to be recycled and track everything! Just a brilliant app and I'm sure it will get even better over time.
4 stars: Tried to submit an issue with an order on the app. It will allow a delivery issue but doesn't allow a product issue (shows products grayed out, won't allow any interaction or feedback). The app is getting progressively better, but still has some bugs. The service itself is pretty good and is value for money (now that discounts and sale items are offered to app users). It's almost always late, but not unacceptable given the tight schedules.
